Return Policy

At Bohhaus, we carefully curate vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, each selected for its character, history,  design and funcionability. Due to the nature of vintage goods, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebohhaus@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will evaluate each case individually and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Vintage Condition

Our collection consists primarily of vintage and pre-owned items. Signs of age, wear, patina, minor imperfections, and variations are considered part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, Bohhaus is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Store Credit

Once we’ve received and inspected your approved return, we’ll notify you if your request has been accepted.

Bohhaus does not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, which may be used toward a future purchase on bohhaus.com.

Store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit has been applied.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at thebohhaus@gmail.com.
