Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. During launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping
Bohhaus currently ships within the United States.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Vintage & Fragile Items
Many Bohhaus pieces are vintage, delicate, and one-of-a-kind. We take great care in packaging each order to help ensure it arrives safely.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, Bohhaus is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Bohhaus is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thebohhaus@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can evaluate the issue.
